Capitol Ballroom

This elegant ballroom accented with spectacular Italian hand-blown glass light fixtures, is the ideal location for your ceremony or elegant wedding reception. This space can be divided to be the location for both the ceremony and the reception.

Centennial Ballroom

This contemporary Colorado themed ballroom features stone, brushed stainless steel and wood accented walls accompanied by one of a kind glass lighting fixtures ispired by the Colorado Rocky Mountains. The adjoining Centennial Foyer, featuring natural light and complimentary décor to Colorado's natural beauty, is the ideal location for cocktail and hors d'oeuvres prior to dinner.

Denver City Terrace is the perfect outdoor location for your special day. Located on the 27th Floor, Peaks Lounge provides the ideal location for all your memorable events. Enhancements
Little touches can enhance your wedding– from late night snacks, to next morning brunches, to gift bags delivered to your guest rooms. Allow our team to embellish your experience with delighters to elevate your special day.

Guest Accommodations
A room block may be setup for guests attending your event. Check in time is 4pm, and check out time is 11am. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, a minimum of ten guestrooms must be guaranteed or the prevailing hotel rate will be offered.

Rehearsal Dinner
Entertain your closest friends and family in an elegant and intimate setting, by having your rehearsal dinner in one of our private spaces. We will help you customize a menu and other details, so you can concentrate on your upcoming big day.

Family Brunch
The perfect ending to the perfect weekend. Treat your overnight guests to breakfast the next day. Your wedding coordinator will arrange for a private room with dedicated waiters to serve your guests. This final touch will allow you to reminisce about the wedding and wish everyone farewell.

Tasting

With so many delicious custom menu options, it is hard to make a decision on what to eat on your big day! Luckily we provide a complimentary Tasting of our delicious Wedding Menu Selections for you, your fiancé, and two additional guests a month prior to the big day.

Food & Beverage

No food or beverage may be brought into the hotel by the guests or persons attending the functions. All food & beverages will be supplied by the hotel. In the event you plan to bring your own wedding cake, a cakecutting fee of $2.50 per person will apply.

Security

Hyatt Regency Denver will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following your ceremony or reception. Should you wish to hire security services, please contact your wedding specialist. Please ensure someone from your wedding party secures any gifts left at your wedding. The hotel will not be responsible for gift removal. This includes all vendor equipment on property.

Confirmation of Space and Deposits
An initial nonrefundable deposit of $2,000.00 is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract.

Guarantee

A final guarantee is due by 11:00am three business days prior to your event. Once received this number may not be reduced. We will be prepared to serve 3% over the guaranteed number.

Final Payment

Final payment in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, personal check, credit card/e-payment, or cash is due at least ten (10) business days prior to the wedding date. A refundable 20% overage deposit will be collected with the final payment to cover any incidental charges incur
