Little touches can enhance your wedding– from late night snacks, to next morning brunches, to gift bags delivered to your guest rooms. Allow our team to embellish your experience with delighters to elevate your special day.

Guest Accommodations
A room block may be setup for guests attending your event. Check in time is 4pm, and check out time is 11am. If you would like to setup a block of rooms, please inform your event specialist and they will be happy to provide you with a special rate and reservation link for your wedding guests.

Rehearsal Dinner/Welcome Reception
Entertain your closest friends and family in an elegant and intimate setting, by having your rehearsal dinner or a welcome reception in one of our unique spaces. We will help you customize a menu and other details, so you can concentrate on your upcoming big day.

Family Brunch
The perfect ending to the perfect weekend. Treat your overnight guests to breakfast the next day. Your wedding coordinator will arrange for a private room with dedicated waiters to serve your guests. This final touch will allow you to reminisce about the wedding and wish everyone farewell.

Tasting

With so many delicious custom menu options, it is hard to make a decision on what to eat on your big day! Luckily we provide a complimentary menu tasting for you and your fiancé for an intimate wedding up to 50 guests. For a wedding of 51 guests or more, you can bring two additional guests complimentary to the tasting, a month prior to the big day.

Food & Beverage

No food or beverage may be brought into the hotel by the guests or persons attending the functions. All food & beverages will be supplied by the hotel with the exception of your wedding cake.

Security

Hyatt Regency Denver will not assume responsibility for the damage or loss of any merchandise or articles left on the premises prior to or following your ceremony or reception. Should you wish to hire security services, please contact your wedding specialist. Please ensure someone from your wedding party secures any gifts left at your wedding. The hotel will not be responsible for gift removal. This includes all vendor equipment on property.

Confirmation of Space and Deposits
An initial refundable deposit of 20% of the contracted minimum is required to confirm your date along with a signed contract. This amount of deposit will be utilized as contingency charges and/or cancellation fees. Any balance of this deposit will be refunded to you.

Guarantee

A final guarantee is due by 11:00am three business days prior to your event. Once received this number may not be reduced. We will be prepared to serve 3% over the guaranteed number.

Final Payment

Final payment in the form of a cashier’s check, money order, personal check, credit card/e-payment, or cash is due at least ten (10) business days prior to the wedding date.
